Ingredients: Sodium Rapeseedate (Rapeseed Oil), Sodium Cocoate (Coconut Oil), Sodium Castorate (Cold Pressed Castor Oil), Sodium Sunflowerate (Sunflower Oil), Sodium Mangobutterate (Mango Butter), Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Sodium Lactate, Glycerine (Naturaly occuring in the soap making process), Sodium Olivate (Organic Rosemary Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil), Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender Oil), Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary Leaf Oil), *Geraniol, *Limonene, *Linalool(*Naturally occurring in Essential Oils).

Tips for using your shampoo bar:

If you live in a hard water area you might find the swap to a shampoo bar a bit harder. Hard water has a high mineral content, but not the sorts of minerals you want in your hair. Often the water has passed through chalk or limestone, which reacts with soap and can cause a build-up or residue in your hair.

Try adding 1 tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar to a cup of warm water and use this to rinse your hair after shampooing. Some people may need to change the quantities of Apple Cider Vinegar used depending on their needs.
